Tahini Chai Fudge
Ingredients:
Chai spice mix:
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cloves
3 teaspoons ground ginger
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon allspice
Tahini Fudge:
1 ½ cups tahini
⅓ cup melted coconut oil
½ cup maple syrup (add additional 2-3 tablespoons for sweeter flavor)
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ teaspoon salt
Line 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Mix all chai spice ingredients in a bowl. You won’t use all of the mixture for this recipe, but I saved the remainder to put in coffee or season granola.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk tahini, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla and salt.
Stir in 4 teaspoons of the chai spice mix.
Pour into the pan and put in the freezer for at least two hours to set. Serve chilled!
