Crispy Ranch Chickpeas
Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas
Cooking spray (I used PAM avocado oil spray)
3 tablespoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1 teaspoon dill
2 teaspoons salt
Drain and rinse chickpeas. Place on a paper towel and dry as much as possible. Spray lightly with avocado oil.
Cook in airfryer at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes, checking on and shaking after 10 minutes. (*Don’t have an airfryer? Cook in the oven at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until crispy).
While chickpeas cook, combine garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, dill and salt.
When chickpeas are done, lightly spray with avocado oil and sprinkle with ranch seasoning.
