Peanut Butter Date Bites
Ingredients:
1 ½ cup pitted dates
½ cups rolled oats
⅓ cup Teddie Old Fashioned Chunky peanut butter
1 Tablespoon coconut oil
1 Tablespoon flaxseed
¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
Put dates, rolled oats, peanut butter, coconut oil, and flaxseed in the food processor. Combine until ingredients are uniform and stick together.
With tablespoon-sized portions, use hands to roll until batter is stuck together and has dough-like quality. Form into ball.
Place shredded coconut in a bowl. Gently roll balls through the coconut.
Keep in the refrigerator.
