Blended Cinnamon Coconut Cold Brew
Ingredients:
2 cups cold brew coffee (brew your own or use your favorite grocery store brand)
½ cup milk (I used almond milk, but regular milk and other alternatives work too)
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 dates
1 tablespoon shredded coconut, and more to sprinkle on top
Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend for 1 minute. Pour over ice and sprinkle additional shredded coconut on top.
If you’re like me and you like your coffee sweet , blend in 1/2-1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup!
