Tahini Chai Fudge

Ingredients: 

Chai spice mix:

  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg

  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves

  • 3 teaspoons ground ginger

  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon allspice

Tahini Fudge:

  • 1 ½ cups tahini

  • ⅓ cup melted coconut oil

  • ½ cup maple syrup (add additional 2-3 tablespoons for sweeter flavor)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla 

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  1. Line 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper and set aside. 

  2. Mix all chai spice ingredients in a bowl. You won’t use all of the mixture for this recipe, but I saved the remainder to put in coffee or season granola. 

  3. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk tahini, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla and salt.

  4. Stir in 4 teaspoons of the chai spice mix.

  5. Pour into the pan and put in the freezer for at least two hours to set. Serve chilled!
