Peanut Butter Date Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cup pitted dates

  • ½ cups rolled oats

  • ⅓ cup Teddie Old Fashioned Chunky peanut butter

  • 1 Tablespoon coconut oil

  • 1 Tablespoon flaxseed

  • ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut

  1. Put dates, rolled oats, peanut butter, coconut oil, and flaxseed in the food processor. Combine until ingredients are uniform and stick together. 

  2. With tablespoon-sized portions, use hands to roll until batter is stuck together and has dough-like quality. Form into ball.

  3. Place shredded coconut in a bowl. Gently roll balls through the coconut. 

  4. Keep in the refrigerator.
