Mango Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 2 mangos, diced into half inch chunks

  • ¼ cup red onion, finely diced

  • 1 jalapeno, deseeded and finely diced

  • ¼ cup cilantro, minced

  • Juice of ½ lime

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

    1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl 1-2 hours before serving. Enjoy with tortilla chips, pita chips, or on top of your favorite fish!

    *Recipe can easily be doubled!
