Blended Cinnamon Coconut Cold Brew

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cold brew coffee (brew your own or use your favorite grocery store brand)

  • ½ cup milk (I used almond milk, but regular milk and other alternatives work too)

  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 3 dates

  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut, and more to sprinkle on top

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend for 1 minute. Pour over ice and sprinkle additional shredded coconut on top. 

If you’re like me and you like your coffee sweet , blend in 1/2-1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup!
